Affordable Service is TOP NOTCH!!! They scored an A+ today. My air conditioner broke in the middle of August. The courteous dispatcher was up front and honest about the diagnostic fee when I called for help (a fee at least $15-$30 cheaper that the competitors). A technician was at my house within 20 minutes! Once the technician arrived he again explained how the diagnostic fee would be applied towards the total bill if I elected to go ahead and have him fix the problem once it was diagnosed. In no time, the tech Gabriel discovered that the capacitor was bad and explained the pricing/cost in detail before asking if I’d like him to proceed and replace it. The air conditioner was fixed I had cool air flowing in my house again within an hour of my call to Affordable Service. At the time of payment, Gabriel once again explained in detail what had broken on the unit, what he had done to fix it, and how much everything cost. He was also able to give me a 10% military discount! I give Gabriel and the Affordable Service team a perfect 10. Thank you!”
